Church mortgage and lender

I have mortgaged our church for construction financing. Construction may need sometimes 100% financing and sometimes it can be done even with 50%. If you already have own the property only then you can have 100% financing from Griffin's Church Loans.But otherwiseBut up to 80% financing can be provided to you if you already have own the property.So I applied their for loan by church Mortgage.
